Products Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Merchandise returns will be granted a full refund within 14 days of purchase. A store credit will be given within 30 days of purchase. Custom orders are not returnable.

Please note that Kenneth Brown Design does not permit the return of or offer refunds or exchanges for any service, including design and consultation services.

Services that have been rendered will not be refunded, and cannot be cancelled. Deposits are non refundable. Project cancellations are permitted, though deposits will not be refunded, and services completed for project will be billed according to the terms stated on the approved estimate for your project.
